This summer we will be offering our classic 12-week 13.1 half marathon programs which will take you right up to the Nationwide Half Marathon. Team Tread 13.1 is kicking off July 26th so dust off those running kicks and let's hit the road, together.
Part of what makes Tread different from other training is that we're all about building up all parts of your body from your VO2 Max to your core and making sure you're getting proper recovery, everything that's going to help you crush it. So everyone is getting discounted access to the SOS Digital Studio so you can use it wherever you are during your training.

We will be there every step of the way with you, running beside you, sending you tips and tricks, and just checking in to see how things are going.
